To use, place a small spoonful (spoon provided) in the palm of your hand along with a bit of spring water or hydrosol and mix into a paste. Spread across your moistened face. Most masks do what they do in 10 minutes. However, to get the full benefits of the hyaluronic acid and ceramides, you need to keep it moist and on your face for 30 minutes. To make this easy, I am also providing a small misting spray bottle. The mask will need to be moistened a couple of times to get you to 30 minutes. Then rinse with warm water and be amazed.
The anti inflammatory and anti-aging properties will begin working immediately, and will work more and more with each use. It is recommended to use 1-3 times weekly.
